Madden Nfl mobile- Account banned with no reason?

I just spend $100 dollars on showstopper Aaron Rodger on last Friday, and now EA ban my account when I'm playing tournament game with no reason. Please fix asap please. I need to finish the tournament...

Same thing for me. Just happened to me at 12 midnight 10/16. Both of my teams are "banned" for no reason whatsoever.

It was during a Tournament game for me too, I was between tiers, and it ended already I think, so I lost out on those tickets.

Emailed Lets_talk, still waiting for a response.

Now I miss my tournament, showdown event, daily event and league event.
