Madden nfl mobile crashing

I have been playing madden for about a month and don't want to delete the app but whenever I open the app it crashes after 2 seconds.

    The Dev Team is aware of this crashing issue and are working hard to get it resolved.

    Do let us know if changing your Facebook profile picture has any effect on this issue.

    Please post the following details to help us get this fixed as soon as possible:

    • Device name
    • OS name and version
    • Your country

Starts to load the game and just about gets to the opening screen and then app crashes. Multiple people are having the same issue. Before this by the way my roster went all black meaning everyone was gone. What is going on? Are you (EA) trying to solve this issue? It's been multiple days since I opened up a case and no answer
