MAJOR gameplay passing glitch. Video evidence. EA please fix!

My QB's are throwing passes at their own feet and trying to chuck the ball underhand backwards toward WR on thier blind side. Finally tonight got it on video. SEE VIDEO. https://youtu.be/MoH0lVChvRA...

I have seen this problem also. Happened to me repeatedly with Rivers trained to OVR 91.  Seems to happen most when passing to the left curl route on double hitch during live events.  QB throws at a circle on the ground approximately one yard to his right.
