Master Series Chest Doesn't Pop Up

I saved up gems and got the AFC field pass for 4K gems in the new road to playoff series. I selected bottom path (91 stills) and I completed the first 5 events and I have the final given chest. However, it will not let me tap it to open. Is anyone else having this problem? Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, nothing. If this rips me off 4K gems I am never touching another EA game again.
I’m having the same issue but with the NFC Gauntlet stage 1 chest. Tried turning my WiFi on-off like the first reply recommended, but didn’t work. When I tap on the chest nothing shows up
When I saw this as a solution, I was really skeptical. If you are attempting this, make sure to go back into the game before turning Wifi back off. (Or I assume back on, if you normally play on Wifi.)
I had this problem twice, and it fixed it both times. I still think it should be fixed, but was hoping it helped.
