For the jalen Ramsey master series event I am on stage 2 and the final chest I am unable to open because when I click on it nothing shows up and I cant progress on master series because of it. Please let me know if you know how to fix it.

- Force close the app
- Reinstall
- Toggle WiFi off/on
- Click on a different icon and then back on the chest
- Let the phone sit on that screen for about 2 minutes
I'm afraid this is something the team is still looking into and we do not have any time-frame on it right now. A lot of players are having success with the workarounds above. Even if you tried reinstalling the game a week or more ago, it's worth try reinstalling again and ensuring your device has the latest software update. I'm sorry you're experiencing this and hope these workarounds can help you accomplish what you're eyes are set on.
