Community Admin@steveglaz Longshot but do you remember what you were doing just prior to this happening that you feel might have triggered it? Did you make any account changes?
I recommend contacting our Support team via the in-game settings so they can take a look at the account or get this sent up to the Madden studio as it may need to be an issue fixed on the account itself. We want to make sure you can progress through the Masters Series to take advantage of the rewards.

It's in italian, i'm from Italy.
I also have an issue with progressing through the Ramsey series. I'm stuck on the last part, I have the 75 OVR Defense feat claimed and I unlocked the key event as well and completed and I still can't get Ramsey unlocked.
Phone is a Samsung S8
Tried reinstalling, did not work. I also play on a chromebook duet in addition the Samsung S8.
