Community AdminStrange others haven't been getting your requests for this long. Have you tried exiting the league and asked them to accept your invite again?
Yes, I have. I have also tried switching leagues twice and they still can not see that help request. In fact, now I have a different lock that is broken. My league has helped me with the request for the keys and all 10 help slots are full but I still do not have enough keys to get past the lock/chest.
