Community ManagerDo you play on guest mode offline? That looks to be an older homepage you are getting so it leads me to believe you're on an older version of the game. That message doesn't really imply anything towards the new TE Master Series. It's highlight a "new Master Series" in this year's Madden Mobile season.
If you play on guest mode you cannot delete the app and reinstall it without losing progress. If you have it linked up to Google and Apple you should be able to delete the game and reinstall it without losing any progress. I recommend writing down your Madden User ID and put it in a safe spot as backup just in case though.
If you're on guest mode, do you have your WiFi enabled so you can update to the latest version?
