Medals disappeared

Hi, I was adding line-up medals to the exchange for CR medal set. I had added 3 when I got booted off the server. When I logged back in, those 3 medals were gone. Please can you advise on a solutio...

    @PebblesRB28 

    Are they in your unclaimed items under the menu? If not, please submit a case via in-game to see if our EA Advisors can verify they went lost and help restore them to your account.
