Missing Content for 12 Plays of Madden Tournament - Tier V Reward
Hello my name is Taylor, and I have contacted you at EA Help, on twitter, and through email about my missing reward content for the 12 Plays of Madden tournament. I have never received my Tier V reward. I have been told to be patient, told that a fix or patch would be made, told that I would be one of the eligible people to receive the reward. Now I am told the fix has been made and I still have not received the reward. Then EA Help told me that they are sorry and can't help if I am not included in that fix. This is beyond frustrating. It has been 3 weeks of this. And still no resolution on this issue. I have no where else to go with this. I am extremely unhappy with the whole process. And it is baffling that the contacts through EA have apologized and tried to provide Pro Packs as "help". Are you kidding me. I am missing 100 Neutralizer Cards for a player I have worked towards. Other members have receive it and I have not. I am beyond angry. I will provide my info and past conversations as links below. And provide screenshots of my account and tournament status below. I really don't understand how hard it is to help a customer and app user. This is unfair and completely disregards helping a user with an issue. I believe this will never be solved. I need actual help.
