Okay, I just wanted to make sure we're not seeing a widespread report of cases related to what OP mentioned. If you can create a bug report on these forums specifically to the Gronk shards we can start to track how many others are impacted by it. Our Support team is able to grant missing content which is why we Forum Community Managers recommend reaching out to them. We are not able to grant this on our end. If you notice something missing right away, I advise creating an in-game ticket immediately so the team knows exactly when it happened which can make it easier for verification purposes.

If you can submit another post about the ads not working we can look into that for you. I just tested it on my Samsung Galaxy S21 and it worked normally when I tapped on it from the main menu. We've seen it not work from both the menu and under a certain program, so it's important to know exactly where you're selecting it. Keep note of the time you successfully watched ads so we know when you were last able to watch them. I'm sure you've tried re-installing the app and checking the device for updates. We've had ads issues last season towards the end and while the team put out a recent fix, it's possible this might have popped up again from a new content update.
