Missing Icon reward

I played an Arena match and selected 74 Richard Sherman. I won the ma t ch but didn't get credit for the reward pack.

    When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm afraid that missing items aren't something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ.

    the icon feat where you use gold jj watt icon and win an arena match isnt registering and giving the tewards.

    Bug. I've won 2 matches today with Sherman and still no credit to receive the reward.
