Missing madden cash

I bought twice from rehydration.com and did not get my madden cash. I ordered correct from the madden cash tab in the app in my phone. I am owed 3800+ madden cash. When do I get this?

    This isn't something we can help with over Answers HQ. You'll need to contact the retailer you purchased the Madden Cash from to see if they can assist.

Tapjoy is refusing to give me my cash for what I bought. Never use the madden cash tab. It is a scam. They don’t pay out the madden cash. It says buy $18 of product of and get 1943 madden cash . I bought $22 twice and got nothing. After a month of support tickets they keep saying I’m ineligible. Total scam.
