Missing package

If we purchase a combination of the $4.99 or $7.99 draft event package and the $9.99 package then we were supposed to receive 1 of 2 special offers or packages. All I received for my combined 2 purchases was 3 total epic players which would be the biggest ripoff in EA history if nothing else ever shows up. How many others did this happen to?
