Money not returned from failed auction house bid

This is the third time in 2 days I have not received my coins back after being outbid on an auction. I have lost over 2 million coins as a result...

all issues have come on bids for new pro bowl players.

the first time it occurred I wasn’t 100% sure but after adding the numbers from my previous bids I didn’t receive the 982,000 coins I bid on a Joel bitonio OG card when I was outbid. Shortly after that I noticed for a definite FACT that I bid 1.5million on a Justin Jefferson card. It was then bought out so when I clicked the card to get my coins back the game buffered and I saw the spinning football for about 20 seconds then my game crashed. When I got back on it said I claimed my coins but they weren’t back on my account. Then, just this morning I bid 728,000 coins on a budda baker card and the same issue occurred. The game buffered and subsequently crashed after clicking on the card to get my coins back. Yet I still did not receive them. Please help me I worked too hard to earn those coins to have them lost like this...
