Same thing happened to me. Took pictures and created a case with EA Help. They asked that I come here and post about it lol
Also they asked me to include the following info:

I have not been able to claim the Movers Tokens rewarded for completing daily goals for the past six days.
I can press the “Claim” button in the screenshot and the Madden cash and coins are awarded but not the tokens. The same is true for all of the individual rewards. I have a screen recording demonstrating that no change in the number of tokens occurs but it seems I cannot post a video here. Playing on iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16.1.1. I have tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, and even uninstalling and reinstalling with no change. I opened a support ticket but they are unable to help beyond reporting the issue and redirected me here.
It is difficult to justify spending money on a game (as I have in the past) when it has bugs that prevent me from fully participating. Especially when this bug seems to affect only some players.

- What type of device are you playing on?
- Is the Madden NFL Mobile app updated to the most recent version available in the Google Play store or iOS App Store?

To update, it is now over a week later at the end of the event and still no response or fix. Thanks EA. Maybe the next one will work.
Hello, my device info is stated in my post. I have also updated the game. I am returning because the new draft event has started and I still am not receiving the daily rewards. I guess this may be it for me on this game.
I just updated to 17.4.1 and my app is up to date but they are still not working.
