My 70 RS badge vouchers won’t redeem

Question

I have a couple vouchers for 70 Rising Stars badges that are supposed to redeem automatically, but they are just staying in “my items”. &nbsp;If I try to exchange them, I only get 3 RS badges. &nbsp;I’ve contacted EA cust service, but they didn’t know why it was doing this&nbsp;

Anyone??! &nbsp;EA cust service is no help... they just tell me to post on here! &nbsp;I have three of these that if they would redeem, I would have enough for the Seiquon Barkley...

If they sent you here it was just to get you off their backs. This is the end of the line and unfortunately it's a dead end.
EA has no elevated customer service personnel so pretty much if you become a victim of one of thier many issues you're pretty much screwed.
Worst costumer service EVER!!

@Player_f02u16cs&nbsp;Hi, RS badges have been removed from the game, if you exchange the voucher they're converted to RS comets, which is the newer Rising Star currency.&nbsp;
