My card went missing
I was putting my elite card up for sale. No one bought it but I never go a letter or the card back and it never said what happen to him though. Please does anyone know how I can get my card back?

It's been 3 days already, and my reggie bush signature edt is still missing, i've already tried to contact EA support, to restart my device and everything i could find to be a possible solution here, but no success, will i just lose my player and that's it?
everytime i try to open a case on EA support, all they say is: please be patient and give some time to our "specialist", to be able to investigate the details of your case.

In cases such as yours where the issue is escalated to a specialist there may be some waiting before final resolution. At this point you have done everything you can and need to hold on for our response.
This also happened to me on that night when I post d my gift 42 up but never got it back
