My madden cash disappeared on my account can I get it back?

I would appreciate it very much if u would give me my money back on my madden account. I had 5,750 madden cash downloaded to my account and then it disappeared like nothing ever happened. I have been playing this game since it first came out and I had never had any problems until this occurred. I hope you understand and thank you for your cooperation.
