My Madden Mobile Guest account...Can anyone help me get back into it?

I called and they denied that they have the ability to recover it. If I give them my madden ID and list all my players they should have a way to find the acct even if it a guest acct. When I open the app it asks for a 16 digit recovery code which tells me they have the means but are unwilling to help. Also there are so many posts about this same issue which shows that EA needs to do something about it.

Guest account recovery is not possible in most cases, sorry yours seems to be one of those.

hey ik this was back in 2016 but if guest accounts get lost so easily why is that even an option? there’s a lot of people who probably don’t know what there doing when they first sign up so they choose guest and it’s not like your games have no bugs, so of course we’re going to try ways to get it to try n work, for example trying to refresh or restart the app, or even restarting your phone, and when that doesn’t work then we try to delete it and redownload and all of a sudden it starts working but now you have to restart. i don’t mean to sound ungrateful but i legit dropped 60$ on the game yesterday bc i actually liked the game n now it just seems like a waste now that i have to restart on a different team you know. it’s 2022 now pls i hope u guys found a way to recover guest accounts with all the technology development that we have had. but if u haven’t then i seriously hope you take the option of having a guest account out the game. n also if you haven’t found a way to recover the account is there any way you could get in contact with me and refund me on the 60$ that i spent so that i can at least start a new team with the 60$ i paid before my acc got lost. thanks
