My stats

Well, I was in the middle of a match and then my game lagged out and put me to the loading screen, it happens often with no reprecusions so I was not worried, I was sadly mistaken. When I re opened the game; All my stats were gone and it was asking me to re do the entry process of entering my age and name. I re-installed the game and still nothing. Any way to get my stuff back?
