Network Timeout Issues

Hi, Since monday been having this problem. Can't seem to stay login to Madden Mobile for more of 2 minutes.

Whether in my Google Play or Guest account, the game keeps crashing.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it doesn't resolve the error.

Need help.

I followed your instructions; I turned off the modem for 5 minutes, then I deleted my Wi-Fi network from my device and added it back.
I think this was the key that helped fix my problem.
    Much appreciated. 👍

You've tried restarting your device and rebooted your modem/router, right? This sounds more connectivity related where you're timing out due to the location and connectivity to our servers. If you haven't reset your modem/router power lately I would try that (turn it off for 5 minutes) to see if that helps strengthen connection to the servers.

Sorry for the late response, keep refreshing the first page and didn't realize

your message was on the second page. My bad.

I turned off the modem for five minutes like you said, started the app, went to Arena and everything continued perfectly until after 8 minutes, when Network Required message appeared. I hit the cross, I didn't click Ok, then the screen appeared where you pause the game, I hit continue and this returned me to my previous Arena game. I kept playing until I finished my duel, started another one, and minutes later the football spinning appeared, until it sent me back to the home screen... for the umpteenth time.

  • No. While a was playing, the Network Timeout message popped up and immediately after that the game paused screen appeared in the background.

Try deleting your WiFi network from your device that you connect to and then re-add it. This message will generally pop up when there is poor connectivity to the servers. Deleting and re-adding it could help fix this.

The game seems to be running perfectly this time. At least for the ten minutes before I had to go to work. Hopefully it continues like this. I'll test it again later and keep you posted on what happens. Thanks bud.

Glad to hear that! Was it the last thing I suggested, something else you did, or it just started working out of nowhere?
