New Phone & Glitches

I just got the new LG Velvet 5G with T-mobile. Anytime i do a play on offense or defense or special teams my screen just goes black and i can't pick a play at all. Its like someone turned off the lig...

I actually did that first and its same but now sometimes it just happens whenever and kinda like of power goes out then back on or it just goes black
