New Year's 95 OVR Calvin Johnson not unlocking

I have reached out to EA and they said to post in this forum .I collected everything I needed to get 95 OVR Calvin Johnson vertical. After I exchanged my 93 OVR Calvin Johnson the set is still locked...

Are they going to refund this because I tried for the spread 95 one and it had not unlocked and that was my best receiver

What guarantee are EA going to give me if I exchange my 94ovr Sherman for the 95 ovr and it doesn’t work?

I just don’t know wether to trust anything that they say.

    It didn’t help. Still lost my 93 Calvin johnson West Coast for nothing.
