It didn’t help. Still lost my 93 Calvin johnson West Coast for nothing.

Can you check if Vick is showing as exchanged on your side of things, as in @maryant328787's initial post?
I got VERTICAL Calvin Johnson 93 OVR from grinding out the Thanksgiving Feast and earned him. My UID is 46336485. It shows Michael Vick as exchanged .
Still not fixed on my end. I have force closed the app and done everything EA has asked. I am still without my player and can not claim the 95 OVR version. I was considering the most feared gronkowski but he doesn't have requirements to meet either.
Despite them extending the sets for 24 hrs the issue is still not resolved. At this point I don’t even want the upgrade, just give me the 93 OVR that I lost. They need to reverse the exchange or give everyone who experienced the problem a player of equal value

I have same issue. I paid 10 buck for partty hats to get ballons and traded in my 93 ovr CJ in and did not unlock. So now im out a diamond west coast WR. Very upseting not happy at all. Feel like you stole 10 bucks and my player.
