It didn’t help. Still lost my 93 Calvin johnson West Coast for nothing.

Can I get your UID too? it should be on your settings page.
Can you check if Vick is showing as exchanged on your side of things, as in @maryant328787's initial post?
I got VERTICAL Calvin Johnson 93 OVR from grinding out the Thanksgiving Feast and earned him. My UID is 46336485. It shows Michael Vick as exchanged .

I got him from grinding out the Calvin Johnson Thanksgiving Master stuff. The West Coast Calvin johnson is the one I had, trained up quite a few levels too.
And my UID is 31675285.
And the Mike Vick sets are not showing that anything has been done.
I attached a picture of my UID. I got the West Coast Thanksgiving Master Calvin Johnson from the Thanksgiving Master set. And the Michael Vick exchange sets are not showing anything has been done. Is this going to be resolved in time to receive my 95 West Coast Calvin Johnson?

I have the exact same issue. I have spoken to an advisor twice about it.
In fact EA gave me a token but it's useless. It has to be a CJ token when I exchange the set. So I have a token but the CJ isn't unlocked and I have all the stuff ready to go. I was talking to an advisor who told me to exchange the 93 player, I did, got 32k TP but no token and now I am out a 93 player!! I could have sold him. I have NO upgrade and no solution. Just unlock the set so I can upgrade.
I posted on the link they gave me, which is the other forum. I have 12 hours to go and get this done.
