@EA_David .. is EA having any luck getting to the bottom of the issue. I really enjoy this game after 4 seasons but I'm hesitant to continue with the festivis pack issue and again with the OVR 95 trade in. I'm hoping a solution comes because I have spent good money on this game in the past years but have currently slowing my playing until this gets resolved. The hotfix that was sent out did not realize any issues on my end.
