Newest field pass rewards
I bought the newest Field Pass for $29.95 and it didn't unlock the VIP section. It gave me the cash and the other stuff.

Are you signed into your device under the same Gmail/Apple account? Do you share your device with others where you may have been accidentally logged in under a different profile?
It was the same account for sure. And I don’t share this device

Can you log out of the game and then log into the game from guest mode to see if it's accidentally put on that account? I tried that and it wasn’t there. It totally looks like I have it on my account the boxes just haven’t been checking and I’m not getting the rewards
Any ideas on what I can do now? I spent 30 dollars a week and a half ago and nothing has happened. I appreciate all of your suggestions and everything you are doing trying to help

Live-Support I’ve had 9 different people talk to me from the help link. And they have me verify my account an d then rarely respond after that. And the one that did told me to post on here. Do you know any way I can get a refund or anything. I really appreciate your help and that you are so responsive
