I tried that and it wasn’t there. It totally looks like I have it on my account the boxes just haven’t been checking and I’m not getting the rewards
Any ideas on what I can do now? I spent 30 dollars a week and a half ago and nothing has happened. I appreciate all of your suggestions and everything you are doing trying to help

Live-Support I’ve had 9 different people talk to me from the help link. And they have me verify my account an d then rarely respond after that. And the one that did told me to post on here. Do you know any way I can get a refund or anything. I really appreciate your help and that you are so responsive

Here is how to get a refund for EA game purchases:

I know this is really old but if that were to happen again you have to go through the merchant,google.then they can refund you or fix ect...

Hmm what exactly do you mean? I opened multiple cases and they never refunded me
