No coins recieved on madden mobile after selling 93 byron maxwell please help

I put 93 byron maxwell on the auction block for 220000 and didn't recieve not one coin for selling it. Madden mobile just tells me auction house is unavailable. I have will contact corp. if I don't receive anything for selling this player.
