no fans in the stadium

Anytime i play a game, whether it be arena, the tour, journey or programs, all the fans in the stadium are gone. How do you fix this? Thanks!

    @Dabestplayer19 

    If you don't have a slider that means your device either doesn't meet the requirements or barely meets the requirements where a slider isn't available. 

    As, @ElmoPeabody mentioned, this isn't a bug and due to the device's specs to allow the game to perform better.

    @Dabestplayer19 Your visual quality setting is probably set to low or very low. Press the gear on the top right to go into the Settings menu, press Preferences and then Visual Quality will show a slider. If you move it right you should more detail, and fans, on your screen.
