No guest account?

Ok so I think I found the issue on why I can't log back in to madden mobile ever since I hit 100 OVR it keeps crashing me and sayin network timeout.I think it's because my account does not have the guest account option,it just auto sends me to facebook when I click play now.Some of my friend with this issue use this guess account method to get in to their account.So is their an option or way I can get this guest account feature?

    Try logging out of Facebook via Facebook then logging in, maybe even use a different Facebook account.

    Tried both just a second ago,my friend suggested that idea aswell all it does is send me back to facebook sign in page
