No LVL tourney today

Our league did not receive an opponent in league versus league tournament today. Wondering if this is common? Maybe it’s related to our opponent yesterday?

Yesterday we played a very disrespectful trash talking opponent. They were so bad that we reported them for harassment and bullying. Then we actually pulled off the upset and beat them. They stopped trash talking after that. This is the first time that I have ever reported another opponent for crossing the line with trash talk.

Wondering if this is somehow coincidental today that we have no opponent.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

it would be nice to know why we don’t get to play today. If somebody working at EA could respond we would be grateful.
