Not Awarded 2.5 Million Tokens For Auction Sale / LvL Reqs

Seems normal. I won an auction for a 89 overall player that I already had to use in a trade up. The tag said I won the auction for 35000 but in "my bids" the card said I lost and the winning bidder got it for 23000. I started a investigation and the response I got from EA was " you already have the card and more than that many coins". Thanks Kushlata R.

Sorry to hear about that. Yeah I've been experiencing lots of weird and unfair currency issues this year but losing 2.5 million tokens is just too much.
