Not geting money from auction-madden mobile

I sold my auction and when I went to go collect the coins it disappeared and I did not get any
technical issues

    We are currently investigating this Auction House issue and will resolve ASAP.

In madden mobile, I was trying to purchase Arian Foster but just before the game let me claim him, the game crashed and I lost all of my coins and I don't even have Arian Foster! How can I get my money back?
