No way that i will start new account and play from the begining. I expect them to find solution, couse obviously its not, its them. And i dont even want to mention how much i have lost points and rewards till now. I want them to compesate al least something to me.. and of course, help me to solve my peoblems.

In post #2 @EA_David wanted me to make new account to know is it my system or my account. I made one, and everything seems fine on that account, rewards and madden academy, all good.. So it must be my account. And now, he is not replying to me. I belive they can fix this..

Can you send me a DM with the UIDs for the "good" and "bad" accounts, and the EA account name/email that's attached to it, and we'll see if anything can be done.
As far as I know support don't have tools to merge accounts, so they can't help with such cases.
