Not paid for player auctions

Question

Hi please look into my account I sent a query yesterday about not being paid for about 10 of my player auctions to be worth over 100k can you please let me know why this glitch occurred and when the money will go in and will I be compensated with packs or money for lost progress in the game for not having that money.

Please wait 24 hours for the items to process. If they do not return please reply here so I can further help you.

It's been 24 hours and still nothing please can you fix it???? Will I be compensated for my wasted time??

It's a waste of time Backrower11. You have to contact ea advisor, which will send your cases to their studio team, which won't investigate it and won't give your items back. Lost some items too, but they never gave it back.
