Not receiving players and madden cash after in app purchase

I bought 2 different 29.99 Madden mobile season promos. The first one I purchased, I received all the items except the 132 Ovr Darren Waller player. I reported but but still haven’t received. I made ...

    We can't help with missing content over AHQ, so if you've still not received this, it will need to be reported to the live support team so they can review your account and see what's happened.

    So you can't help us get the stuff we paid your company for? That in game link is broken doesn't work. So you're basically telling us you just robbed us for 30 bucks.
