Same problem here... Tech support hasn't heard of the issue they claimed. They will email to an elevated support. They told me no idea when they would get tot the problem. Please everyone with this problem call support.
Its either EA fix this issue on their servers or release a new update on the app. Did anyone tried reinstalling the app and this Unranked issue is solved? Of course if ur data is in ur Facebook.
