I tried to log in today and madden mobile said you have been unranked from league play due to inactivity please play a head to head game to continue and get back in the game and every time I press continue the game crashes I thought it was just my phone so I went to my iPad and it still didn't work it kept crashing and anytime I press continue it would crash I really need help on how to fix this because I have a 98 overall team and I can't start over I've put a lot of work and money into this game please somebody help me
Same exact issue. The "unranked" message pops up and when I hit continue, it crashes. I contacted support this morning and they just said "wait for an update or start over." Wtf??? How is no one from EA addressing this?
- How long do u guys think that the update will be released? Whats your tolerance level in waiting for the update? Or maybe some of you have started playing as new and rebuilt everything.
