Got the notification yesterday morning that I was Unranked due to inactivity on head to head. I've received this notification before and had no problems. But now when I tap continue, the app just closes out. I can't get passed the notification. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Shut my phone off. Nothing has worked. Going in to day 2 and it's still happening. Any updates on getting it solved in the very near future?
I was running non-FB team and FB team on my phone and non-FB on my iPad. The iPad was idled, and this hit it. Yesterday I tried on non-FB team to play a drive. Was notified I turned over on downs, then it crashed and did not acknowledge rival (stamina was still reduced), and I could not see stats on potential rivals anymore. Today, phone is locked out.
Was, fix this or suffer defections that will likely be well into double-digit percentages of your user base. And don't penalize season scores for those unable to fix it.
