I'm pretty disappointed with this, was thinking of spending money next season even though I typically won't spend money on mobile games but after this I'm definitely not, EA lives upto their reputation for crappy customer service. I've been kicked from league because of this 1+ week inability to play. EA is lucky to have exclusive rights to NFL video games because pretty much anyone else could do a better job at this point.
