I'm using a samsung tablet and it also doesn't work. It's weird how this problem is widespread amongst a variety of devices. It doesn't look like a fix is coming as I have been unable to play for 8 days now. Since the 15th including today the 22nd.
My madden started doing this on the 16 of june and i really hope there is a fix coming
