Odell set IMPOSSIBLE to complete

I reached the required 10 million fans but I am still missing 3 of the division master cards. How can I get the missing cards? Contacted EA customer support and they said to post here. PLEASE HELP

    UPDATE: EA has given me the 3 missing cards so I was able to get Odell

    How did you contact them, every time I try a live chat nothing happens so then I press complete.

    I am having the same issue, I have 9 out of the 13 division collectibles when I should have 10 collectibles for the division on H2H I am on (all-madden- tier 3), I've been contacting for a while now, please help
