Offensive guard and tackle not working
The other teams defense keep running right by my guards in head to head and it's causing me to not be able to play anymore. How do I fix this?

The reason why that is happening is because your opponent coutered those plays you are running. If you keep running the same one or two plays constantly, your oppoennt will catch notice of this and set the counters for those plays. So the the only solution to this problem is for you to mix up your plays every drive to make it harder for your opponent because they can't counter every play in the playbook.
