Ooops... Unknown Error Sorry something unexpected went wrong,

I just installed the game after a few months not playing No matter what, Login with Google, Login with Facebook, Login as Guest... I got exactly the same anoying message. Ooops... Unknown Error...

I'm sure you've tried this but want to double-check. Have all the steps in the article pertaining to your device been covered?

We had a similar issue related today on this post. Please let me know if you can't get into the game itself.

Nope. nothing related, that issue was about "something happened while playing the game" ,

  When you said you restarted your WiFi, I assume you toggled it off and on.
  
  Have you tried removing the WiFi network from your device you generally connect to and then re-added it?
  
  Also, if you linked up with Facebook try going to the Facebook app and under Settings>Apps>Remove Madden Mobile and then try re-launching the game.

    Done and done.... thx for your patience Blueberry its really weird ... im looking for a way to unlink from Google (same as you suggested for FB)
