OOPs...UNKNOWN ERROR. Sorry, something unexpected

I read where it seemed to be caused by having too many messages in your inbox, but i don't know if that really was a problem. Either way, did anyone ever figure out why this would happen and better ...

    OK, I will tell you what I did to fix this problem.  I signed off of Facebook on every device I have.  I uninstalled Madden Mobile and and Facebook on every device I own.  I then restarted every device I have so they could boot up with no memory of anything tied to either app.  I then reinstalled Madden Mobile and logged in with my Facebook account and everything was fine again.

    I have no idea if it was luck or it actually worked, but mine is back up and working today!

    I hope this helps someone in the future.

hey, why is my post now under another post and marked and solved ? i don't think i have the same problem than 'ecupiratevideo' had. i don't even use facebook to sign in in the game. And i think the problem is bigger than only on my account, because i'm also the commissioner ofa league in madden mobile and the guys from my league also have the same problem. and it really is a problem, because if you open the pack and get e.g. 10000 coins and the games crashes, you lose that coins or get less then it was shown. so how can i fx this problem?

same issue for me.  I Login with my google account. and I get the same error.
