Out of bounds/weird animation

It happens alot that my Receiver catches the ball and take multiple steps, but the animation looking so weird and like he is running in the air. After that it says out of bounds cause ethe game thinks he didnt touched the ground. This is physically impossible.

EA pls fix this problem!!!
