Madden Academy issues
I have customer support about the fact I have created or added traits and it still says I have yet to do o. I explained at 1 every starter had traits assigned to them and they admit there is a glitch and they refuse to issue a ticket. They told me I had to create a message here to get help. It’s incredible to have chat bot’s and agents hiding behind messages not resolve any issues that arise within the game. I have played madden for many years and this will be my last. The support is horrible and this game should not bear the name of such a legend like John Madden . This is an embarassment to gaming and lack of service for the consumer.. All i asked is for fix to complete Ray Lewis trade when i have all the eligible players so i can complete obtain necessary player for 2nd time to complete mythic set and i attached images to confirm below. A simple request to fix or compensate a consumer for what has been earned or could be earned with players to complete a trade is not resolved yet circles of responses with no accountability or resolve for the end consumer.. If you feel the same pass the word and share. As gamers we should not tolerate brands who dont support the consumer cause they are too big.. EA enjoy the last season i will complete for my team, as i will not play or have any family members utilize any EA game going further.8Views0likes0CommentsAccount was hacked
Someone had disconnected my Madden Mobile account from my EA account. When I logged in this morning, I was taken to a completely random, brand-new account with a different UID, and all my purchases and players were gone! I have tried to contact support multiple times, through the in-game chat and the support tickets via help.ea.com, but no one is helping at all. I just keep getting sent in circles. I get a response every few days from the in-game chat support asking me a question that I have already answered before, and when I respond they'll ask another unrelated question, and it's going nowhere it all. This is a pretty simple issue, that should have been easily resolved. EA support does not actually do anything, or try to understand or investigate any issues.
