Player cards disappeared
I removed 9 70+ program players from the 10x top 100 set to use elsewhere and the game crashed. When I reloaded those cards were nowhere to be found. Program players aren't easy to get so I would like them returned.

Program players aren't easy to come around, indeed. We'll make sure they don't go missing though, please tap the 3 lines in the top left corner of the main menu and visit Settings. Hit customer service/help to contact our Support team. Select Missing Items/Content as the category. An EA Advisor will be able to pull up your account to verify missing claims. It's best to put in the request immediately to help make it easier for the missing items investigation.
